Integral micro sd adapter

Just bought a Nokia 5200 and it came with an integral micro sd adapter. I am not sure what to do with this & how to use, I understand it is to do with the memory of the phone, you can expand it. In the manual, there is no mention of how to use it!! Thanks

You can buy a Micro SD Card, insert it and fill it up with mp3 tracks, apps, games, ringtones etc etc....
