Sorry to bump, but I've just tried again. I got the same message and then tried resetting my password. I then got a message saying I didn't have an account, so I registered (again) and was able to enter.
I know I did register previously, but perhaps when GDPR was introduced, I omitted to click a link or something, so was possibly de-registered.0
