So there's no evidence whatsoever that it's his fault. And I suspect he's saying it's your fault...It's not clear cut as I don't remember the impact
Which would merely discount their statement as a partial witness. So we're back to him saying it was your fault, and you not knowing either way.and the witness knew the driver.
It's irrelevant whether you did or not - you simply cannot contradict them, because you don't know what happened.I never saw the driver/ witness statements.0 -

Was the impact on the road or on the pavement? (You say you were "knocked over" but give no further relevant details ... were you a pedestrian? Were you crossing the road? At a defined crossing point? Were you a cyclist?)0
