We are currently looking to purchase a new build house from Plumlife. The houses are being built by cube homes who are all part of a company called great places housing group.

Was wondering whether anyone had any experience with Plumlife in terms of buying a new build property. I don't really care about renting. Experiences in the house itself/structure/quality/customer service/any hassle etc.

They are the house building arm(well between Plumlife and Cube Homes) of Great Places Housing Association.

The houses are usually, or are likely to be built slightly bigger then the new build from a pure developer would, as if they intend to use any on the site for shared ownership etc for example then they have to be.

The build quality will be as good as the workmen that are on site, which with all new builds will be varied. The actual builder of the homes will likely be a subcontractor, but double check that.
