I have called them countless times, each time they keep putting me back in the queue.
It was only £139 but it was paid off in August, and the Equifax file has just gone into unknown as they've never updated it, it's been updated on Callcredit/Experian just not this.
It's really starting to irritate me, I'm not sure what I need to do to make them update it. I have submit complaints, emailed them around 10 times, called around 25 times. Equifax have emailed them and chased it for me and every time they say they cannot find the account in question and to resubmit the query.
What can I do?

Wouldn't worry too much about it to be honest. Not worth 25 phone calls and 10 e mails.0

I just don't like that it's saying I have an open balance, I know it won't affect me in the grand scheme - just annoying that they feel like being lazyThis is a system account and does not represent a real person. To contact the Forum Team email forumteam@moneysavingexpert.com0
