I suggest you read the defence by coupon mad in the thread by basher52 , then compare that to yours , I strongly suggest that you adapt that basher52 defence , especially as she wrote it against OPS

Yours s far too short , given the spurious charges they added on , not allowed binder CPR or the CRA or those recent strike outs by various judges on the South coast and Warwick etc
