If you admitted that fact , then appeal to popla
What worries me is that you mentioned adding mitigating circumstances , this usually means the driver was outed , hence why they keep going , due to you using the first person
Plus you still called it a fine , you said your friend got fined , no they did not , they were invoiced , words have meaning and the word fine has legal context that isn't in this saga
This is a civil matter , but an admitted driver stands the chance of sheriff's court in Scotland , hence why you appeal to popla if Smart know you were driving0
