How to see all your bank accounts in one place?

That site seems to suggest two options, both involve being bounced to your own bank to log in and authorise access as part of the process. Which would involve providing your bank with your login details, but not disclosing them to the provider.I haven't been able to find a simple document explaining this initial authentication process, but there's a more technical analysis at https://www.forgerock.com/industries/financial-services/open-banking/UK-Spec0 -
I chose Money Dashboard over all the others becuase it can be used on a PC, The others are mainly phone apps, and I'm not going to perform serious financial management on a phone0

I access mine in “one place”.
That being my phone, tablet or laptop.
I open the relevant apps or browser tabs and ta-da - all in one place.0
