New build driveway is low and slopes down?

Hi - We are due to move into a new build home in a couple of weeks, and we drove past today to see how it looks. We're a bit concerned that our driveway is a good bit lower than both our neighbours' on either side, and also it seems to slope down towards the front of our house, whereas our neighbours' are level.
Our worry is that when it rains heavily, all the water will just roll down from our drive and our neighbours' into a puddle at the front of our house!
Our neighbour on the right also has a french drain at the top of their drive, but we don't.
This is maybe all totally normal, but I wanted to check with those in the know before I contacted the builder!
Here is a photo of the driveway in question

I can see a definite slope away and to the side of the house, plus there's a drain on the left hand side.0

However, at this stage there's no hint at how that soakaway drain won't soon fill with soil and detritus.
Entrances to both houses look a bit of a lash-up from where I'm sitting as well. Presumably no step to meet accessibility rules.0 -
All new builds are built shoddy these days.0
