Mint style budgeting tools

I'm looking for a free app/PC tool (free or inexpensive) similar to Mint. I want to track and categorise my spending on my credit card and bank to give me an annual overview as to where my money goes. I see that UK banks don't allow this kind of access by tools such as Mint, other than using a Monzo account, is there anything else out there? I use QB for my business bookkeeping ( not quite sure why banks and CC allow this as its the same as Mint but for business, hey ho) and so a basic version of this would be perfect. Any thoughts, please?
