I have an account with BOS and am trying to get it to work on my mobile
I need to be able to speak to do this - to say four numbers on a phone answer system
THIS IS NOT POSSIBLE - Because I have a speech problem
So - I used BOS text number for advice and have received no response - it has been almost an hour - is there an email to complain to ?
Not as far as I can find ...
BOS is abysmal for accessibility

You can complain or move move bank.
Are you able to use mobile apps or card readers to approve transactions? This is a system account and does not represent a real person. To contact the Forum Team email forumteam@moneysavingexpert.com0 -
Do you not have a partner/family member/friend that could help you by saying the numbers into the machine?
Assuming this code is one time password it will not matter if anybody else knows it as they can't do anything naughty with it.0 -
As a BOS customer myself I am afraid you are wrong. You can enter the 4 digit code via keypad......I have just done it.0

Agreed. I have had a BOS account for years, and a Halifax and a Lloyds, all using the same technology, just with a different look.As a BOS customer myself I am afraid you are wrong. You can enter the 4 digit code via keypad......I have just done it.
I have had made countless transactions that required me to say, or enter, a 4 digit code.
I have just uninstalled and re-installed my BOS app, just for fun. The call I got asked me to "key in, or say" the 4-digit code. As always, I keyed it in and it worked fine. My mobile BOS banking has been set up again.
OP, I suggest you just key in the 4-digit code, too.0 -

Correct, I only use the keypad entry when it's required.
I have no idea how Twuncle could have made such a glaring mistake.====0 -
