I can't answer your question about the service as I don't hold a SIPP with Vanguard. BUT performance will depend on what you have invested inside the SIPP, as it does with any other SIPP.

Hello, Forget all the ifs and buts! There is no (and never has been) any minimum balance requirements before, during or after  drawdown/lump sum withdrawal. Further, there is no minimum limit to amount of withdrawal. Horses mouth. Regards
