I can't answer your question about the service as I don't hold a SIPP with Vanguard. Hello, Forget all the ifs and buts! There is no (and never has been) any minimum balance requirements before, during or after drawdown/lump sum withdrawal. Further, there is no minimum limit to amount of withdrawal. Horses mouth. Regards1
