Is there a law stating that a credit agreement must be signed for data to be shared with CRAs?
Or are you privy to the contract between companies and the CRAs that states this?0 -

I see, but i believe most services that are offered you are billed in arrears. I believe that is how it works. Its a grey area and now i see why sky and gas and utility bills dont report on your CRA, maybe because they are not allowed too
My water supplier reports to CRA, my current gas & electric company doesn't but some previous one did (british gas & npower). My current landline and mobile provider don't, Virgin & O2 are the only ones that ever did.
I think it's more to do with whether they want to pay to do it, instead of whether they are allowed to.0
