Hi

My camera has stopped working.

I have downloaded Media Feature Pack for Windows 10.

Anyone know how I can get it working again?

Thanks

What camera or is it built in to a tablet or laptop? Could be a driver issue - go to device manager and see if it is installed ok

Some laptops have a key function to enable and disable the web camera.

Some details with concern to the exact model of laptop might be helpful...

    Thank you for your replies.

I have a Lenova laptop, bought 8 months ago.

I have gone to device manager but the camera is not on the list.

    exact model of laptop

    Try a bit harder.

What exactly is the model of your car? It's a Ford. They are all exactly the same, those Ford cars...

Anyway, first try the F8 key.

    If that doesn't work,
Type ‘Lenovo’ into the Windows Search box and select Lenovo Settings.
Select Camera and scroll to Privacy Mode.
Toggle Turn Privacy Mode On to Off.
    Retest your camera.

Where did you look within the Device Manager? Under Imaging Devices?
