Energy switch...OVO Energy
I had my dual supply from OVO on a 2 year fixed rate and switched at the end of September. 2 months later I noticed they were still taking direct debits and my account was in CREDIT by £944. After making contact they said this was because my account had not been closed, even though I had recieved all the correspondence from OVO and my new energy supplier to say the switch had taken place. Outrageous....

Note...I STILL have not got my money back because OVO need to look into it!!!0

In the meantime, cancel the Direct Debit mandate and use the Direct Debit Guarantee to instruct your bank to make a full and immediate refund of the DD payments that were wrongly taken.0
