1)The prize comprises a four (4) night stay with Floating Festivals for two (2) people including;

Standard Class Return Rail travel and transport up to the value of £400 from a UK mainland station nearest to the prize winner’s home address to Pier Terminal, Southampton, unless the winner’s home address is in Northern Ireland, in which case, the prize will include return economy class flights and transfers to Southampton.
Four (4) nights’ accommodation on Stages – The Musical Theatre Festival at Sea sharing a Junior Suite
The all-inclusive package is full board with the exception of the speciality dining venues (Coastal Kitchen, Jamie’s Italian, Wonderland, Chef’s Table, Chops Grille, Izumi), there will be an additional charge to dine in the aforementioned restaurants.
Deluxe drinks package, where the prize winner and their companion can enjoy any individual beverage up to $12.00 available onboard, choosing from selected cocktails, spirits, liqueurs, wines, beer, soda, bottled water, juices, premium tea and coffee.
£1000 spending money
VIP Lanyards which includes;
Reserved VIP seating in the main theatre for headliner shows (this is NOT front row seating)
An invite to the VIP artist party on board
Priority bookings for appointments in the salon and spa, and for shore excursion tickets;
Exclusive VIP lanyard and laminate to wear on board;
A backstage tour of the ship and entertainment venues;
A dedicated on-board Floating Festivals VIP manager & host;
2)The prize winner or their companion must be over the age of 18 years on date of travel. Please note that either the prize winner or their companion will need a current and valid credit card in order to check in on the ship for security deposit purposes. Please note that local laws will need to be adhered to in regards to alcohol consumption.

3)The prize is on set dates and must be taken from 27th September to 1st October 2020. No other dates are available. It is the responsibility of the prize winner to ensure that the winner and/or their companions are available to travel on these dates in order to take the prize. The stay must be completed within the time-frame stated within these terms and conditions.

4)Booking is subject to availability.

5)A cheque or bank transfer for the £1000 spending money included in the prize will be issued in the prize winner’s name within 14 days of the holiday booking being confirmed

6)The prize winner must book their trip within 28 days of the date of their congratulations letter from Cloud Nine and at least six weeks in advance of their preferred booking date or the prize may be forfeited.

7)Neither Channel 5 nor Cloud Nine will accept responsibility for the cruise or any facilities / elements of the prize being unavailable, withdrawn or amended.

8)Any amendments made by the prize winner after the booking is confirmed may be subject to administration charges levied by the specific supplier. Any such charges will be the responsibility of the prize winner.

9)Passports, Visas and City and ECO taxes are the responsibility and at the cost of the prize winner and their companion. Passports should have at least 6 months validity remaining. Channel 5 or Cloud Nine cannot be held responsible if the prize winner or any of the travelling party fail to obtain the required travel documentation.

10)Travel insurance is not included but it is strongly advised for travel. It is the responsibility of the prize winner to organise and pay costs associated with obtaining appropriate travel insurance for themselves and their companion.

11)The prize winner and their party (where applicable) are responsible for and must comply with any health advice / regulations / inoculations required by any destination country. Any associated costs for this are the responsibility of the prize winner and their party (where applicable).

12)There is no cash alternative or refund for unused portions of the prize.

13)The cruise is kindly provided by Floating Festivals.

14)Should the prize winner require flights or prefer to drive themselves a mileage allowance up to the value of £400 will be offered and the rail allowance and taxi transfers will be forfeited. The fuel allowance will be calculated on a return basis at 45p per mile from the prize winners’ home address to Pier Terminal, Southampton.
