Tandem Credit Card

Both myself and my wife have been rejected for a Tandem Cash Back Credit Card
Its the first time either of us have been rejected for any credit that we have ever applied for
Finding it a bit strange...any one else in a similar position with tandem??

May well be connected to your other recent applications for credit. Noticed from your previous pasts you applied for a new Natwest balance transfer credit card in June, then switched bank accounts in October.

I have been switching bank accounts constantly since the banks introduced "incentives" and have applied for credit during the years the banks have offered the incentives and as I said never had credit declined...a similar case for my wife too...

It is always possible that what some lenders may regard as an excessive number of credit applications over a relatively short period has finally caught up with you.

I think the Tandem cashback credit card is currently closed to new applications

I believe you can apply for the travel card but they may have closed as well

The APP would still have you believe that it is available.
After multiple applications which BURNED all my bridges as now it recognises all my emails and mobile numbers and refuses the app I messaged the call centre.

As i understand it, there will be no.more tandem cashback card. Existing holders not affected.

Coming soon - a card with a monthly membership fee.
