Suggestions for Windows Notebook?

Not a Windows expert so hoping for advice.
Need to get :
-a very small light laptop/notebook less then 13'' screen
-8Gb RAM or more.
-Two USB ports (ideally USB-2)
-Must run Windows 10 (due to using specific software that only runs on that)
I'm aware they might not be the cheapest devices.
Anyone got any recommendations?
