Neither had I until now! There's a link to the recipe in my first post - see the 'sunchoke sauce' bit.
BTW I have JUST this morning finally managed to track some Jerusalem artichokes down, just in the nick of time!!! Am going to pop and pick some up at lunch time....as I was thinking of doing this recipe at Christmas as well, I am wondering if I can buy some artichokes now and freeze them. Seeing as they were so hard to get hold of I don't fancy hunting them down again in another month's time:o0 -

Er, you do know about the effect that Jerusalem artichokes have, don't you?? They are extremely tasty but I would always recommend a bit of caution in cookign with them!0
