Hi
New to this i am at my wits end with u account and don't know where to turn was hoping somebody on here would be able to advise
I use u account to bank with have been for about a year or so and haven't had any problems up until now
I attempted to transfer a payment from my PayPal account into my u account. The payment was sent successfully from PayPal but did not appear in my u account. I contacted u account who told me this payment was received but was unable to be processed as the value exceeded u accounts daily payin limit. I was told this would be rejected back to PayPal. This payment was originally sent on the 15th of November. It is still not back with PayPal
I have been contacting u account on a daily basis with little success all they are constantly saying as this can be a lengthy process and will not give me a date of when's this will be back with PayPal. They are telling me this has been raised with their supplier, wirecard, on the 20th of November. Wirecard is u accounts card provider. When I contact wirecard they say I need to deal with u account but they must be linked as wirecard can but me through to u account
I do not know what to be doing this has been going on over a fortnight and I need this money. I owe friends money and have my landlord chasing me. It is stressing me out so much that I cannot sleep and is effecting me at work. I do not know where to turn
Anybody with advice or similar experiences??
