Not sure if this is the right forum but i'm starting to get a little peeved now, ordered and item on 30th Oct, got a notification to say it was with the courier on 3rd Nov, it never arrived so a few days later i rang Studio who said it was on its way, few days later i rang Studio again they popped me on hold and said that the parcel was damaged in transit they were going to check it, if it was just the packaging they will send it to me if not it would have to go back and they would send me another, the tracking updated me saying i would get it by the 11th, it never arrived, numerous calls were made and i kept getting told when they received the parcel back they could refund me...or i could re buy the item but would need to pay again, i said i wouldnt be paying again.
I then emailed and had to declare that i hadnt had the parcel, that it wasnt with a neighbour, that i had looked in all safe places ect, so i did this but also stated that they know where the parcel is and what had happened.
Rang again today to be told the investigation/dispute started yesterday and will be looked into and i have to give them x amount of days, i asked to speak to a manager but none were available but she said they will only tell me the same as she had, i have tried numerous times to say they are witholding money for an item i have never had but its not done anything, so now i have contacted my bank, but that can take a while too, i am running out of patience, anyone know if i can try anything else?

    It's annoying, but it's the busiest time of year now for delivery firms and so the likelihood of error is greater.
    Clearly, both the sender and the courier believe this situation warrants further investigation, so you'll just have to be patient for the time being.

    I'd be wary of starting a Chargeback with your bank just yet as the item could well turn up while the Bank are processing this. Your Studio account will also be in arrears in this case.
