I am getting this message on my Windows 10 desktop at least once a day. The only way to get rid of it is to completely re-start my computer. It's driving me nuts.

Simple solution? Uninstall Trusteer Rapport.0

Rapport is documented to cause more problems than it claims to fix. Allegedly.
Usually it installs but refuses to activate, or claims it isn't installed at all when one can see the icon in the toolbar...
If you want headaches, use Rapport. If you don't, get rid of it.
I think there aren't many banks now that wave it at you on their login screen - Santander definitely do and Cynergy. Most of the other big banks seem to have stopped plugging this piece of junk.0 -
Yep, no matter what your bank says.....ditch Rapport.....Nothing but problems....
Even Santander have stopped pushing it now.Drinking Rum before 10am makes you

Thanks for the replies.
I googled how to remove Rapport and fingers crossed let's hope it's worked.
Many thanks.0 -

Have they?
I had yet another Rapport pop up on on my Santander online banking screen this morning.
I log on daily and that pop up appears regularly, although less frequently in recent weeks.A man walked into a car showroom.
He said to the salesman, “My wife would like to talk to you about the Volkswagen Golf in the showroom window.”
Salesman said, “We haven't got a Volkswagen Golf in the showroom window.”
The man replied, “You have now mate".0 -

I no longer see it.....It used to drive me mad when logging in on PC. In fact I do most of my banking via the mobile app. However, it hasn't appeared for the last month or so.....Just checked again and no sign of it.Drinking Rum before 10am makes you

Sorry, I may have jinxed you.
It is no more than a minor irritant. One click and it is gone.A man walked into a car showroom.
He said to the salesman, “My wife would like to talk to you about the Volkswagen Golf in the showroom window.”
