When I phoned the WHD number to query it, I was told that I would be paid by the end of Jan 2020. It seems that some people will and some will be paid by the end of March. Daft really as it's during the coldest weather that it's needed.Money, money, money, must be funny, in the rich man's World!0

But Scottish Power, your supplier, apparently told you not once, but twice, it would be March 2020.

It’s by March 2020, they stagger the payments, I’ve had mine in the past in Jan and Feb before.0
