How long does it take for adverse possession claim to be complete once application has been done for a tiny issue??

I'd imagine the Land Registry's thread would be the best place for your question.

It took a few months for my mother's claim to be processed but that was about 6 years ago.0

I think it depends on how much agreement/disagreement there is between all the parties involved but several months for sureLove living in a village in the country side0

Adverse possession is time limited as it has to go through due process.
This depends on what evidence is to hand , it can be expedited if there is a sale which is being held up but will still have to go through timed processes
What should have been a straight forward cash sale with no chain transaction took 13 weeks with great solicitors on both sides and all evidence at hand.
