Thrive Funding

Just had an email to a junk address I give out to iffy companies. It's pointing me to Thrive Funding, where I can crowdfund investments in renewable energy. Looks a bit like a Surge set-up: they are not FCA regulated but are an "Appointed Representative" of Share In Ltd which are, whatever that means. Their accounts are late as well.
Obviously I won't be following it up, but just wondered if anyone's come across them before as I think they're a new name to me.

Would this be the company you are asking about?

If so the domain is only 178 days old.0 -
There is a company named Thrive Renewables plc that I think is reputable and, I presume amongst other routes, in 2016 sold a 5% bond through Abundance and was advised/promoted by Triodos Bank.
By using the name "Thrive," this could be an attempt at some type of copycat scam.0
