Debit card statement shows payment was to Mothercare.
What were you given at the time? As above, if you were contracting with Memory Makers and Mothercare were merely collecting the payment, it's not a claim against Mothercare's administrators.
  • Hi Kalaa,

I have also visited the mothercare Kingston branch on 26 October with my one year old son. I have received same email to pay again to memory maker directly. Has anyone paid again to memory maker directly. And what about the refund from the mothercare. As the contact number for the pwc provided in the memory maker's email is not reachable.

Can someone please help me here what to do next so that I cant loose my son's first birthday 3d cast and also can get the amount back from mothercare.

    Thanks,
    Neha

You (or one of the other customers here) will need to tell us what you actually signed up to (and with whom) when you were in the store. All we know is that the money went through Mothercare's till.

    See #10.

You either join the list of creditors or try a chargeback.
