Hi,

Anyone know if Santander provides instant decision when applying for there credit card and current accounts?

They did for me. But that was years ago.

In my experience and 2 other people I know, they do not provide an instant decision for credit cards. Current accounts, yes.

Not for credit cards. (I applied for one 3 days ago, after being pre-approved a few weeks ago. Even with the pre-approval, I was told I'd get a decision within 1 to 2 working days when I did the full application).

Can't advise for credit card but they didn't with my current account; they got back to me within about 3 days

My current account decision was instant. I opened a credit card account a couple of years after opening the current account and I recall I got the email from them within an hour or so.
