How do you know they own it?The solicitor has told me I can claim the land after 12 years. So if it was registered that would mean I couldn’t do this. Meaning it musnt be registered to Taylor wimpey and they just own the land??
Have you checked if it registered? 2 minutes here will tell you if it is registered, and £3 will tell you who it is registered to!0 -
How do I post a picture on here?? It’ll be so much easier if you could see the title deed!!0

I will ask my solicitor if the land is registered or not. What does it mean either way?0

Thank you. Good read. Think I’m going to continue with the sale 😀😀0

I'm not saying Taylor Wimpey would bother to do this, but if for instance they offered to sell you the land and you told them no, or not at that price, they could presumably sell it to the garden backing on, who could then take a chunk out of your garden. Unlikely, but I think a risk?0
