OVO balance

Afternoon,
I'm one of those that were ported over from Economy Energy in January ! I left OVO in March but was due a significant refund from OVO / EE.
I not received my final bills from EE yet but my OVO balance states +£207.31. Does the + mean that I owe them or do they owe me that sum ?

My looks like this on line:
Current balance in your energy account:
- £33.70
What is my balance?
These figures include costs for energy used, standing charges, and add-ons as covered in your last statement
Theoretically, I owe them £33.70. But they have rather screwed things up.
I imagine that your + means that they owe you the balance figure.I have osteoarthritis in my hands so I speak my messages into a microphone using Dragon. Some people make "typos" but I often make "speakos".0 -
Thanks,
Mine says the same underneath.
No idea if this is a final figure or not. So it's still a wait and see game.0 -
I always find the notation on the OVO website to be unclear and sometimes ambiguous but at least I can believe the meter readings as, my Smart Meter being dumb due to no phone signal, I do the meter readings and send them in. OVO always suggest too high a monthly payment but as they pay 5 percent on any positive balance I'm pretty relaxed about that. I assume that they set an upper limit on balance to stop people using it as a 5 percent tax free savings account.0
