Halogen oven for cooking frozen fish & chips?

Can anyone tell me how well a halogen oven would deal with cooking frozen fish & chips? Currently we preheat a fan-assisted oven to 200 degrees and cook both for 20 minutes. Would a halogen oven be any quicker, and how long would it take to pre-heat to 200 degrees?

No idea but frozen fish and chips sounds vileNever, under any circumstances, take a sleeping pill and a laxative on the same night.0

Don't know how long to cook however halogans are instant heat. I use it in preference to heating oven for odd things only taking a few minutes ie yorkshires, naans
Wouldn't be without it, used it to cook virtually everything when waiting for cooker install. Does frozen chips can't remember how long.
Might get better answers on old style board.SCP # 034

I have news for Dan Dan unless you go and catch your own fish. Modern freezing techniques make many of the fish in the freezer section superior to so called fresh. This is because lots of fish are now frozen directly on the boat.
Much of the so called fresh has previously been frozen!

Deep-fried chips, by contrast contain large amounts of saturated fat so frozen oven cooked chips are better for you.
If you google cooking frozen food by halogen you will find lots of people that have success.0
