Dehumidifier for a 2 bed flat and allergies

Hi all,
The flat I'm moving in to is single glazed and has a bit of a musky smell from being unoccupied. I'm going to buy a dehumidifier as a result.
I also suffer from mild allergies of uncertain origin but I'm aware dehumidified and treated air can help.
Can anyone recommend a model that will do the job but also has filtering? I've not actually seen many reviews hitting that criteria online.
Thanks,

Just to add that I've seen certain brands lauded and I am wondering if other brands are decent too (mainly the likes of Electriq).0

I have a Meaco dehumidifier and been very happy with it, Had it about 4 years now. They do dehumidifiers with air purifiers too.
