Bank charges for money transfers

Anyone got some advice on transferring money avoiding outrageous bank charges. To cut a long story short trying to close a Pound Sterling account with Raiffeisen bank in Prague, probably one of the worst banks, I've ever dealt with, high charges and various instances of incompetence in the past. So transferring money to another GBP account.
Recently been using online Banks which do seem to have more reasonable charges, etc Got one with Monese and another Transferwise Borderless Account. Looking at the charges on Raiffeisen they are going to charge me nearly £100 for a SEPA bank transfer. So trying to find a way around that, although probably isn't possible as this is the standard amount they charge -which is like 1% of the sum being sent.
I don't know maybe there is a way around that using Transferwise or Monese, but at the moment I can't see a way, so maybe have grit the old teeth and bite the bullet. Unless someone else can advise me with a Baldrick cunning plan?

Perhaps it might be worth continuing with one of your previous threads about this rather than starting another one and have posters contributing ideas that have been suggested before?
