Hi,
I ordered a bag from Michael Kors in the sale for £180, a few months later bag is broken. They have advised me to send it back as covered by warranty. My issue is once sent back they only issue a refund, Bag now is back to £360. They cant issue replacement they only refund. I can't get a bag similar on their site for the price I paid so am now losing out as original was faulty. Is there anything I can do or do I just have to take refund and be left with no bag?

They can't leave you worse off and in this case, they wouldn't be doing so.0 -
I'm sure they will be having another sale at some point over Black Friday, Xmas, or January so there is a good chance you will be able to get a replacement.0

Pop into one of their outlet stores. They always have bags discounted.Life in the slow lane0

You can request a repair or replacement, but really it's pointless because:
1) The retailer can refuse to replace if its disproportionately costly in comparison to a repair (or impossible) and,
2) If they fail to provide a replacement or repair, your remedy then is for a refund or reduction in price - which is what you're trying to avoid.
