Composite door problems.

A bit of a long saga this!18 months ago we had a local company install a composite door and 2 side panels, after researching we chose them as the used rehau profile which gets good reviews and what looked like a quality door (esprit)
Not long after fitting the door became hard to open, it was found this was due too the frame warping, no reinforcement was used in the frame and no rigid coupling bars had been used to attach side panels.
The door fitted was also not the same size as contracted, instead of the opening being the full width of the doorway, we were left with a steps in the wall both sides.
The only way to get a resolution was send in a letter recorded delivery to the director!
They agreed to replace everything and used rigid coupling bars aswell.
After fitting i realised it was a totally different make of door, different profile for side panels aswell but by this time i waa just happy to get a door which opened and closed properly.
Now 6 months on this door is also sticking when trying to open it ( slam shut lock type, thumb turn lock to open)
A friend in the trade has had a quick look , frame has started to warp again, side panels have no couplers fitted just some H trim.
Panel glass is now standard glass instead of the A class we originally had, profile is eurocell instead of rehau and he agrees the door itself is more of a budget range than what we previously had.
From the stamp on the glass spacer bar the while lot was purchased from a local “budget” door company.
Originally we were also told they make all their own products in house, even says same on website, both sets of doors/panels were manufactured by a third party company.
So where to go from here, am i within my rights to insist this faulty door replaced with the original agreed spec or indeed ask fir a refund due to incorrect supply of goods, with an agreement they collect this door and panels once i have replacements fitted??
