A Shade Greener - who has sold their house with these?

I’ve read many threads about people struggling to obtain the documentation for these. I have a couple of questions -
How did you eventually get what was needed?
Also, what were you originally given? I can find nothing except a fact sheet about installation.

Thanks

A Shade Greener have a web site with an FAQ, I'm not able to post a link as a new user, but its easy to find with Google.

They state that they will help with the process of buying/selling and remortgage (which sometimes needs the adjustments to the sub lease).

What may be problematic is that they don't give an option to buy out the panel from the lease, which some buyers would want to have done prior to purchase or discounted sufficiently to cover the cost.

N.B. I have pulled out of a purchase of a house with leased solar panels. I would recommend you make sure your house is listed with the detail about the panels, and when the lease ends, its annoying to buyers if it feels they are not being fully disclosed.
