I think you'll get even more upset when you realise the refund you receive is considerably less than a full one....

You had it set too cold!

Sounds like they have a stock problem and you simply won't accept that, and have given some poor souls in a call centre grief. It's still been under a month. Not ideal certainly, for an essential like a fridge but I hope you're being nice to people when complaining.
And as k3lvc says, you should have gone to whoever sold you the fridge in the first instance, what did they say? Maybe they could have replaced it far more quickly.
I agree that being nasty to call center people gets you nowhere
How is it a stock problem that Samsung need three weeks to collec t???
It is actually tight fisted ness

I support what you have posted OP.

I bought a very expensive QuickDrive washing machine directly from Samsung. Had problems with inept delivery, eventually managed to get a refund for that as they didn't install like I'd paid for but it took a fair few phone calls to just about every department Samsung had lol including, somehow technical support (for resolution of a problem with delivery, not a fault). I wasn't rude but it was difficult, half the people I couldn't understand and no matter how carefully I tried to explain, they couldn't understand me which is why I kept being sent to other departments that couldn't help.

Consider your options carefully when looking to buy the Quickdrive washing machine from Samsung. The door and addwash flap flop open if you breath on them as does the filter door below. No idea why. 50% of the time it gives a DDC code even with small wash loads, so you have to turn it all off, adjust the load, cross everything, re-adjust the temperature of the wash to 30 degrees again and press the start button again praying it won't show DDC again. Oh and closing all doors and flaps twice again.

Will never buy anything Samsung again. Will never phone Samsung again. It was supposed to make my life easier lol.

No from curry’s but because it was a manufacturing fault we had to talk to Samsung. Who are SH*T if I hadn’t said so before.

Well then you should be blaming Currys. They should have taken it back.
Are you an approved Samsung engineer? I would hope so to diagnose we had set it too cold from a message on a forum.

I made a joke about it 'freezing'. Sorry my humour is getting such a cold reception! No, I'm not an approved Samsung engineer.

Samsung's after sale support was poor for me on a computer SSD.

First on their website there is no publicised phone number.
Second the staff had attitude when dealing with me.
Third I was returned a faulty unit which eventually got sent back to them, and when they finally decided to exchange it I got a used exchange.
Fourth no ongoing communication had to constantly chase up.

    Compare to western digital.

Accepted faulty product "outside" of warranty period.
    Proper communication
Exchange was a brand new sealed product.
