Tilt and turn window - mechanism broken

I have a tilt and turn style window that recently stopped being able to put in the tilt position. I had a window repair man come to look at it and he said that a part in the mechanism is broken and needs to be replaced. He also said that since this style of window is imported from Germany, it won't be easy to find a spare part. What are my options? It also doesn't completely seal when locked due to the broken part, which is very annoying as it is now less wind- and sound-proof.

Can you see any maker's name on it anywhere?
One of the online window spares places may be able to help.
If it really is unobtainable though it may well be new window time.0
