35 hours a week plus 10 minutes bike ride each way would add up to 100 minutes of commute time per week so 36 hours and 40 minutes - i live in a smallish town of about 100k population0

38 hours but on a home based contract so my 2+ hours travel most days comes out of my 38 hours. All shall be well, and all shall be well, and all manner of things shall be well.

Thanks fpr replies so far. There's more people than I thought so far with long commutes!
I absolutely hate spending 3 hours a day getting to and from work but living in a commutable town gives me little choice really!0 -
I work 37.5 hours a week with a 10 minute drive to work on a good day, which is lovely as I have previously been used to long commutes and long working days .Debt 30k in 2008.:o Cleared all my debt in 2013 and loving being debt free

24 a week
Coummute varies between 15 mins each way or an hour and a half each way depending on if i'm staying at OHs, so about 30hrs overall0 -
37.5 hours and I literally live a 2 minute drive (10 minute looking for a parking space..) from my main base but I need my car there because in my line of work I may need to follow patients in my car for some miles, go to our charity shop to pick things up for them and take heavy goods I couldn't travel on a bus with, travel to meetings/appointments mid-day etc. Some weeks I travel further distances of around 1-1.5 hours but I tend to try start later or finish earlier so I still only work my 37.5 hours.Single woman doing it on my own... 16 hours a week work contract.
Around 5 minutes self propel each way; can be more if having a bad day and can be less if having a good day.
So around 16 and a half hours a week in all. I purposefully went for a job so close to home though in case I have to be sent home due to my disability. It's also why I work so few hours.I am a vegan woman. My OH is a lovely omni guy0 -
21.75 at work per week and 20 minute drive. So roughly 24 hours including commute. Easy compared to what some of you do, yet I still spend a lot of time moaning about it. Kick up the b u m needed.0
