I have a Fitbit tracker which cost over £200 and has a 2 year guarantee.
The orginal lasted 5 months the replacement lasted nearly 15 months and the third 2 months.
Can I asked for a refund or do I have to accept a replacement.
My concern is if the next replacement lasts 2 months it runs out of the guarantee.
All 3 watches just stop working with no sign of life which appears to be a common fault with this model and Fitbit do replace immediately with no quibble.
Would it be reasonable to have some guarantee on the new replacement?

Replace with different model?I'd rather be an Optimist and be proved wrong than a Pessimist and be proved right.0

Swop to Garmin.
I got fed up with Fitbits falling to bits. All they do is replace not care about sorting out the issue. Makes you wonder just how much they cost to make, As we went through 10 in 2 years (2 of us) all with the strap breaking apart. At over £100 throw, that is a large waste.
Might be better as now owned by Google.Life in the slow lane0
