1)The prize comprises:

Return economy flights for two from a London airport of the prize provider’s choice to Luxor Airport including hold luggage;
Return shared transfers for two from Luxor Airport to the Mövenpick MS Darakum;
An ten-night Jules Verne Nile River cruise for two on board the Mövenpick MS Darakum, based on the prize winner and their companion sharing a Lower Deck cabin on a full board basis whilst on the cruise (subject to availability);
The services of guides and local representatives are included throughout the cruise;
Travel insurance for two; and
£500 spending money
A selection of activities during the river cruise, including;

2)The prize winner must book their trip within 28 days of the date of their congratulations e-mail from Element and at least six weeks in advance of their preferred departure date or the prize may be forfeited.

3)The prize is valid on the following departure dates: 22nd March 2020, 17th April 2020, 13th May 2020, 8th June 2020, 13th September 2020, 9th October 2020 and 4th November 2020.

4)The flight routing will be determined by the Prize Provider.

5)The prize winner and their companion must depart from and return to the same UK airport.

6)If there are unexpected flight schedule changes or flight cancellations, the itinerary may change.

7)The prize winner and their companion must hold current and valid passports and any other relevant travel documentation required for travel to and entry into Egypt. It is the responsibility of the prize winner to organise and pay costs associated with obtaining visas for themselves and their companion. Passports must be valid for travel with a minimum of six (6) months on the date of departure from the UK when taking up the trip. For the latest advice from the Foreign & Commonwealth Office on travel to Egypt, including security and local laws, plus passport and visa information, check https://www.gov.uk/foreign-travel-advice.

8) Should the FCO change the travel advice on visiting certain locations in Egypt, the cruise itinerary may change.

9)Travel insurance terms exclude pre-existing medical conditions and insurance is subject to standard policy excesses and an upper age limit of 69 years.

10)Where the prize winner is under 18 years old, the prize winner must be accompanied by an adult aged 18 or over to check into the river cruise. Please note that either the prize winner or their companion will need a current and valid credit card in order to check in at the river cruise for security deposit purposes. It is the responsibility of the prize winner to ensure that they and/or his/her companion adhere to the local laws in Egypt. It is highly recommended that the prize winner and his/her companion obtain advice from a medical professional in advance of travelling and ensure that vaccinations are up to date.

11)The prize excludes ground transfers in the UK, additional meals and drinks which are not included in the prize, additional excursions, attractions, treatments, gratuities, personal expenses, visas and vaccinations where required and all other costs and arrangements not expressly included in the prize.

12)The prize and all its elements are subject to availability. Neither Channel 5 nor Element will accept responsibility for the cruise or any facilities / elements of the prize being unavailable, withdrawn or amended.

13)There is no cash alternative or refund for unused portions of the prize.

14)Any amendments made by the prize winner after the booking is confirmed may be subject to administration charges levied by the specific supplier. Any such charges will be the responsibility of the prize winner.

15) A cheque for the £500 spending money included in the prize will be issued in the prize winner’s name within 14 days of the holiday booking being confirmed.
