uShip Fraud Courier

Options
Hello, I needed a courier to pick an item up, so I used uShip, after putting the item on I got one reply and accepted. Then the courier told me that due to the amount of customers refusing to pay on delivery that I would need to send the money beforehand. Which stupidly I did, as I was desperate to have my item picked up. However on the day the courier never turned up and made an excuse that he had fell over and landed in hospital and would contact me at the weekend to rearrange pick up which he did with both myself and the person with my item.

Then on the day he did not turn up again, no emails no phone calls no nothing. Days before each pick up he was in full contact with me. I logged back on to uShip and found his account had been suspended, and he had fleeced other customers. Looking on the cancellations rather than feedback I found he had done this before with the hospital excuse.

I cannot blame uShip as I sent the money beforehand, I am out of pocket by £200, and it cost me another £350 to find another courier which I went to pick my item up with them. Unfortunately I cannot claim my money back through small claims as all I have is the name of the person, his mobile telephone number and email address, and his bank sort code and account number. Which as I looked on line says his bank is in Rosyth Scotland. I need a full address to got to small claims, which is not provided in his information.

The man's name, or the one he uses is Amit, his company is flashtransport2019, does anyone know his address, or does anyone have any advise? I have asked uShip but they will only release information with a Subpeona, which we do not have in the UK, and I do not know any way of making the company release any further details on the Courier, and a lot of people have lost their money.
