Hey guys can anyone help me with I Supply energy
I've never missed a payment, they increased my DD 2 years ago. Even though I changed every bulb inside and outside the house to super energey efficient.
Account states
Balance £1400
Payments up to date (In green)
Am I in arrears or debit ?

More information needed. A balance may just be what's sitting on your account waiting to be deducted from your next bill, though if you have £1400 sitting there and you haven't been billed at all, something's not right.
What's your annual usage and your DD amount?0 -

Hello, and welcome to MSE :hello:
You need to refer to your latest statement to see whether your account is in arrears, debit ... or even possibly credit
(it's unlikely to be in arrears if you pay monthly by direct debit, and you have paid every DD collection)
iSupply statements clearly state when the balance is a credit amount.
If you have not already done so, ensure your supplier has an up to actual meter reading to ensure accurate billing.
If you are concerned about the level of your monthly payment, there is a useful MSE article/guide here:

You need to keep a much closer eye on your energy account ! You're unlikely to be getting a good deal if you haven't switched and haven't checked your account for several years.
You also need to get your credit refunded: many suppliers have recently gone bust, and more are expected to follow. Despite Ofgem's 'Don't Panic !' pronouncements, it can be difficult and slow to get your credit refunded. It can all get very messy, and neither Ofgem nor the Ombudsman will be of much help in dealing with the administrators of a company if it no longer exists. Even the the co-founder of MoneySuperMarket is still waiting for more than £1,500 he is owed by Solarplicity: he claims he first requested his credit be refunded in February.0
