Looking for help please. My partner recieved a letter from a council stating 3 years ago a pcn was no paid. Ithe address was an old address and also an old car. We had moved shortly after the date stated of the pcn stated on the letter which I think led to him not receiving any notice. We have appealed through the Traffic enforcement centre and it was rejected. In the mean time we have had several letters from Newlyn about repossession of valuables. What can I do now ??

Pepipoo will advise you about the process re a Statutory Declaration Out of Time (form PE2 & PE3).

You may have started that process. I seem to recall the TEC pretty much always turn this down initially but there is a way through...I just don't know what that involves.

Council PCNs are best dealt with over on pepipoo.com as we specialise here on unfair private parking charges.
