In the live money programme tonight 26th Nov, Martin Lewis stated that you needed to be careful with sites such as Amazon if an item had to be returned abroad as this could be expensive.
However buried deep in Amazon's documents is this statement:-
"If you order from a Marketplace Seller who dispatches from a location outside the UK you should be aware that Amazon’s return policy requires that international Marketplace Sellers either (1) provide a return address within the UK, (2) pay return postage costs or (3) provide a pre-paid return label. If a Seller doesn’t abide by this policy on an order you returned you can file an A-to-z Guarantee claim."

Do you have a consumer rights question, or is this just a post for "information purposes" ?0 -
This is just information but this is such a confusing site I will probably not pass this way again.
It was to correct information Martin Lewis gave tonight.0 -
If only I knew how to, that is what I would do, however the info is useful to anyone buying from foreign sellers on Amazin.0

The odds of him getting it seem very low.
MoneySavingExpert.com is used by millions of users each month, so it isn't possible for Martin or ourselves to respond to individual queries and give advice based on your own personal circumstances. We do have a number of site FAQs which may be helpful, and you can take a look here:0 -
Twitter would be a good place given how often he posts on there.Life in the slow lane0

I can't imagine why anyone would use twit or face thing I can't see they are any use.
In the end I sent a real letter to the TV programme.0
