The issue will be that when a CC is linked to the curve card. Curve get charged more for the transaction.
So they are simply covering their costs.
TBH. I can see this type of card disappearing from the marketplace soon.
HMRC can't pay a transaction fee - it could only be paid for out of public money as they are not allowed to charge the fee to the card holder; hence they don't accept credit cards0
