Free Chromebook with Pixel 4 Offer - Received Two Chromebooks!

Hello all,
As part of my Pixel 4 purchase at the end of October, I claimed for a free Chromebook at the start of November. Two weeks later (last Wednesday) I recieved an email to confirm that my Chromebook has been dispatched with DX Delivery. Then minutes later received the same email again. The next day, I noticed that the two emails had different delivery numbers on them and to my surprise, two Chromebooks were delivered to me. Both were in my name and delivered at the same time.
I've noted the serial numbers on the box with their respective delivery numbers and emailed Pixel Offers (the website the offer was redeemed from) that very day but I've not heard anything from them at all.
To be honest, I'd love to keep them both but morally I think it's right to give them the opportunity to correct their mistake. However, with them being electronic devices that pretty much require the internet to function, I believe there is a chance that one of them could be blocked (like a lost mobile phone) now or in the future but without opening them, I have no way of checking. I always had the intention of selling the chromebook to recuperate some of the cost on the phone but I don't want to be selling a chromebook that might not work in the future.
How should I proceed?

I'm surprised you really needed to ask. You contact Google and tell them of the error.
If you are thinking of doing the dishonest thing, then bear in mind they have upto six years to chase you for the return or payment of one of these chromebooks.0 -

I've contacted the website I redeemed the offer and Google via social media but I can't be waiting 6 years before I can sell them. They'd be obsolete and I'll be buying a Pixel 10 and claiming another chromebook by then. There must be some reasonable period of time they should be replying by.0 -

Why not pick up the phone? If you have any problems or questions related to this promotion, our customer service team will be happy to help.
By Telephone: 03452160107
Wait 14 days, send the same letter again. Keep copies and get a certificate of postage.
If there is still no reply - then you can sell the chromebook. Don't get too excited though. You have to sell it for market value, so not mates rates. You also then have to keep hold of the money and forward it to Google.
However, i'm sure once you phone them (rather then messing around on social media) this will all get resolved.0 -
As if it was destined, they did get back to me and they do want il one of them back. They'll be sending me a return label apparently so it's all sorted.0

Well of course they want it back its theirs, to be honest I'm quite shocked that thought you could keep it and sell it. What has happened to honesty and integrity in todays society0
