When do Estate Agents get a bonus - after STC or after Completion?

If you mean the individual employees, my understanding that any commission is typically paid after their bill is actually paid (irrespective of how early their invoice was issued). Which would generally be at completion.

The agents I know are paid quarterly bonus payments in the quarter following the completion of the sale.

I also know some agents who are not paid bonus payments but given salary increments at the year end

From that I guess it varies which agent you work for and their specific terms of employment

Until exchange, there is no sale. Nothing is due until then, on the vast majority of EA contracts.

Many of them don`t get bonuses any more.
