Hi,
My dad recently received a letter from an authorised debt collection company by DVLA called Advantis asking him to pay £80. It was due to him not changed his address from his old home. Should he pay? Any advise ?

Did he tell the DVLA he had moved or not?0 -
No he missed to tell them and also just found that from him, his tax was due to be renewed in July. He was not well for the last few months, he did not prioritised the car business 🙄:(0
