MSE Energy club stuck on switch in progress
Hoping someone can help. I am unable to move to a better deal as my energy club is still saying in progress from my last move. This was completed ages ago and I've even had my cashback confirming switch is complete. I've emailed all options provided by site, posted on social media but getting nowhere. These deals wont be around for ever and I'll be annoyed if I miss the boat due to a glitch. Can someone advise what the issue is ? Thanks

It is not an instant reply it will probably take a few days. You can't expect to mail something off at 9am and then get an instant reply by 9:05am, it doesn't work like that.
Easiest solution to your "problem" is to check sites like uSwitch, Moneysavingexpert (which is what powers the MSE site) and Energylinx to name but three. You may find an exclusive tariff that you like.0
