We're thinking of buying one of these but were wondering:
(1) How long it takes the main oven to heat up to 200 degrees?
(2) How do you know when the oven has reached its desired temperature?
I've downloaded the manual for the oven but it didn't help with either of those two questions, so was hoping I might get real-world answers here!

Buy a Digital LCD Wireless Remote Thermometer for about £10 and you can see for yourself when it has reached 200. Then you can check whether the oven's own thermostat keeps the temp at 200.0

You'll know it's reached temperature when the heating light goes out, assuming they still have such a thing. Of course like all ovens it will actually overshoot the set temperature then come back down & oscillate back & forth somewhere near the right temperature.Tall, dark & handsome. Well two out of three ain't bad.0

Unfortunately my original question has now become redundant - I've just discovered that the power supply to our oven is only 13A, and the new double ovens require 32A. Since it would cost a fortune to rewire, we're now limited to choosing a single oven.
Any recommendations for a built-in oven that heats up very quickly and only requires 13A?0
